Vivien has recently joined our team as Senior Art Director, bringing not only extensive experience but also fresh creative impulses.

After studying at the Muthesius University of Fine Arts in Kiel, she gained initial experience across various agencies and projects in Kiel, Hamburg, and Munich. These positions provided her with versatile insights into designing diverse brand worlds. From 2016 to 2025, she was part of the fischerAppelt Group, where she deepened her expertise and worked on demanding projects for renowned clients.

For Vivien, great design is all about diversity. Different clients, projects, and tools, along with the opportunity to constantly explore new ideas, excite her about her work. She draws inspiration from nature, team collaboration, and music.

About her style, she says: “I enjoy incorporating analog elements like drawings, color experiments, and textures while keeping the design clear and organized. But every design has its purpose and suits a different context or client. Good design fulfills its purpose as best as possible, surprises, or invites interaction.”
