Open Doors at amce studios: Six years of creativity and digital innovation.

To celebrate its sixth anniversary, amce studios opened its doors on June 11 as part of the World Design Capital 2026, welcoming clients, partners, friends, and anyone interested in experiencing the agency firsthand. Interactive stations, hands-on workshops, and a custom-built web experience offered engaging insights into the work of the Darmstadt-based digital agency.

June 11 marked a very special occasion this year as amce studios welcomed numerous guests to its offices in Darmstadt. At the heart of the Open Doors event was the opportunity to discover the people, ideas, and creative processes that have shaped the agency since its founding.

Throughout the morning, visitors had the opportunity to experience the work of amce studios firsthand at a variety of interactive stations. Together with its print partner Schöneweiss, the agency showcased a traditional letterpress machine, allowing guests to print their own cards. A particular highlight was the custom-built web experience created especially for the anniversary, offering a playful and immersive way to explore the agency’s history and creative vision.

As the afternoon progressed, the Open Doors event transitioned into a celebration of the digital agency’s sixth anniversary. Friends and family of the team also joined the festivities, taking the opportunity to get a glimpse of the workplace. Together with their guests, the team looked back on the past six years and celebrated the agency’s journey and growth.
